    Located in the Freehand Hotel, this stylish, rustic-chic eatery serves up signature Latin American flavors with its signature Comodo sliders on pao de queijo (a Brazilian cheese bread) and chocolate tamal for dessert.

    Executive Chef Bryce Shuman, previously of Betony & Eleven Madison Park, is heading up the kitchen at Sweetbriar, a restaurant focused on live-fire cooking, at the Park South Hotel. In addition to the pizzas, guest favorites include black pepper maple pork ribs with cornbread, and hip tea cocktail.
